Purchase for all users
For package purchases or subscriptions, larger quantities are often offered at a discount. However, these quantities cannot be used by a single person because the consumption is too low.
For this reason, it must be possible to share the purchased package with several users from the client.
Examples:
- If, for example, a package of 50 real estate valuations is booked, it must be possible to make the purchase for the whole client.
- A subscription for the creation of 20 3D tours per month is not required from one user. He must share this subscription with other users.
During the purchase process, there is a query whether the package should be purchased for the user only or for the entire client (all users).
Each user from the client can consume the quantity from the subscription / package.
Purchase for groups
Brokerage offices can organize their departments and/or locations into user groups in onOffice. Therefore an onOffice client does not only consist of several users but also, if necessary, of several groups.
If there are groups in the client, the group membership should be taken into account when ordering. Users can only be members of a single group.
During the purchase process there is a query whether the package should be purchased for the user only, for the group or for the entire client (all users).
Each user in the group can consume the quantity from the subscription / package.
